只要開頭標得聳動，內容夠 "精彩"，我們每天都觀看這樣的新聞。

事實有多重要？好像已沒人在乎......

Apt subject indeed.

This is indeed quite interesting, for some reason we often tend find the debunking more believable than the claims. When I receive a forward email with a story that sounds larger than life, I might go and check on Snopes.com and then reply with the apparent "truth". In reality, what more credit does Snopes.com (or any other website) have over the source of the story? It is a boring thing to say, but in the end we either have to have a good judgement, or take everything we read with a pinch of salt.
