It is decided that MT3.0 would have some limit on its free version: only allow 1 writer and 3 blogs. For more than this, it's gonna charge you. So for us who don't have much money to spend on, we better stay at 2.56. It's not their fault to charge people, they have their expense. This day would come sooner or later.
