Here is what the next generation windows LongHorn looks like when you activate your 3D UI.
Seems quite refreshing, huh? Make me think of “Minority Report” somehow. Here is the First Look of the LongHorn. One of the thing that caught my attention is that the side bar would support reading RSS, although it is not implemented yet. However, if you let me choose, I still prefer to use Bloglines for the time being, as I can centralize my RSS channels in one single place and access them everywhere. Of course, they have the export function to export my collections into OPML file. But I just don’t like to do the export-and-import work again and again. Actually, I’m hoping that if someone can give a service to save your RSS collections, just like ICQ saving my contact list on the web. You can use whatever client you like to connect to it and retrieve your RSS list. But I’m satisfied with Bloglines right now. It would be better if I can change my UI…..
P.S. It seems to me that I’ve been blogging more in the same day (now about 2 posts per day). Maybe related to the fact that I start to use bloglines to read RSS news.
